At DJIStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your electronics, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a seamless inspection process.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
